Measurement, Control and Automatic Control

With the department for Measurement, Control and Automatic Control (MSR), ERC has extensive expertise in this sector. The former subsidiary FMR GmbH has meanwhile been fully integrated into the company with all of its employees and it now not only supplements the work of other divisions but also contributes to the company's success through many independent projects and contracts.

Depending on project requirements, the MSR department, in addition to offering complete planning and design solutions, also provides manufacturing, documentation, installation and commissioning services including software development and visualization. It supports clients in implementing their automation solutions - from the planning stage through engineering and commissioning all the way up to the final handover of the plant. Clients also benefit from the convenience of a single point of contact for their entire facility requirements.

The in-house products such as DeNOx plants and burner controls are manufactured in the company's own production facilities. ERC's product range also includes switching systems for refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, pumping systems for water suppliers, low-voltage main distribution systems and for conveyor technology.

Through the team's long-term experience, the MSR department can also realize major conversions of old facilities, such as complete cold storage warehouses. Here, the focus of the work lies in the renewal of the cooling machine's control and regulation. These orders are processed directly by the MSR specialists for certain clients. With other projects, they work together with cooling companies. Thus, in recent years a large number of automations were renewed or old "hardware facilities" automated and visualized.
