There they drive again!
The 10th Hamburg Stadtpark-Revival will take place on 3rd and 4th of September, 2011. The tickets are already in circulation, and it won’t take long until the classic motor show in the Hamburg Stadtpark will call classic cars and motorbikes on the plan again, some of them only to show up, others to participate in the various races on the 1,7 km kilometer circuit (exactly 1,651 km). For fans of extraordinary oldsmobiles and rarely to see vehicles almost a duty event.
Racing legends like Egon Müller or Jochi Kleint will be awarding gleam to the days of the event. There are many kinds of classic vehicles to be admired on the area, the years of construction from 1924 up to 1978, and a wide range of spare parts and equipment will be offered on the component market. The visitors (2010 there were 23.000) can enjoy motor sports to the fullest and follow the racings with expertise knowledge and concentration.
Last year the event was presented by Egon Müller and the editor of “Auto Bild”, Wolfgang Blaube, this year visitors as well as participants are looking forward again for appropriate comments. The organizers will present a Drivers Night on 3rd of September, where you will find a large cold and warm Buffet (excluding drinks), non-drivers can also attend for 30 € . The prospect of exciting racings, interesting meetings and a little exhaust in the air makes the 10th Stadtpark-Revival already in preparation a highlight in 2011.
Such an event needs sponsors and supporters, most of them participating already for years with passion and enthusiasm, such as the additive manufacturer ERC GmbH from Buchholz i.d.N., starting on the races with the company’s own classic bikes as a Miele MF 98 (1937), Moto Guzzi Motolegera 65cc (1945), a BMW R25 / 3 and a Steib LS 200 (1955). There will be a large range of additives offered in the ERC tent. Especially for the veteran cars, there is the oldtimer performance additive to protect from corrosion and also a substitute for unleaded gasoline. You will get competent advice of course, and our experts will be ready for a chat about oil and gasoline and everything, that makes the heart of an oldsmobile fan beat faster.
The event takes place on 3rd and 4th of September, always starting at 8 am. The day ticket costs in advance 10 € and at the cash desk 12 €. For ticket orders and further information please check www.motorevival.de.
