The research and development department of ERC GmbH is closely linked to the industry sectors Automotive, Trading und Industry + power plants. Through many direct contacts the developers are therefore always close to the customer and his needs. This integration ensures a rapid and strategic development of new products, also in cooperation with the customers.

Manufacturing proximity

For the implementation of market-driven products flexible Manufacturing is yet another fundamental component. Here, besides the regular (large-scale) manufacturing and experimental production we are able to produce mini-series in the extent of only a few 100 liters. This allows efficient production of pilot-series or niche market products.

Legal regulations

It goes without saying that legal and legislative services are among our duties, such as REACH/GHS-tracking, product classifications (hazardous material), the internal preparation of safety data sheets as well as the necessary applications with national and international authorities.
