The factory for active agents

At its plant in Wahlstedt, ERC GmbH produces approximately 30,000 tonnes of additives per year for trade, automotive, industry and power plants. Here the active ingredients are combined and, depending on the product segment, filled into tankers, large and small containers, all the way down to a size of 50 ml vials. Along with the ERC brand, other branded products from reputable suppliers are manufactured and packaged here so that approximately 150 different products and around 25 brands leave the factory.

This high flexibility makes it possible to even produce and custom bottle small amounts of a few 100 liters, which allows for a low volume market introduction of niche products - an important supporting factor for the product design at a very early stage of development.
