carbamin 5722

NOx reduction for solid fuels

ERC carbamin 5722 is a liquid, water-soluble process additive for the reduction of NOx emissions in combustion plants according to the SNCR process. ERC carbamin 5722 is injected into the flue gas with an electronically controlled dosing system. The dosing takes place load-dependent and/or NOx dependent at temperatures from 850 to 1,080 °C. Advantages of ERC carbamin 5722:

  • high nitrogen oxide reduction
  • minimal NH3 slip
  • no formation of sal ammoniac
  • wider optimal temperature range
  • protects the nozzles in case of admixture of water which has not been softened
  • minimised boiler contamination and corrosion
