NOx reduction for liquid fuels

ERC satamin 3705 is a liquid, water-soluble process additive for reduction of nitrogen oxide emissions with heavy oil and gas fired steam and hot water boilers. ERC satamin 3705 reduces nitrogen oxide according to the SNCR process. Boiler build-up, which can occur in combination with NOx-reducing measures, is also prevented with a special active ingredient. With the controlled addition of ERC satamin 3705 into the combustion chamber, the nitrogen oxide formed during the combustion process is converted into non-toxic nitrogen and oxygen compounds. An additive neutralises the SO₃ formation in the flue gas.
