Cleaning diesel particulate filters instead of replacing them
After completing the DPF-cleaning process the diesel particulate filter must be flushed using the flushing solution. The diesel particulate filter flushing solution is to be used specifically for this purpose. Only suitable for workshop use. Do not fill in the tank!
The Result
The ERC diesel particulate filter cleaning set consists of the diesel particulate filter cleaning concentrate and the diesel particulate filter flush. Used one after the other, they effectively loosen the clogged oil ash. The diesel particulate filter cleaning concentrate is sprayed directly into the particulate filter via the pressure or temperature sensor using the stainless steel pressure cup gun. This dissolves residues such as oil ash and other soiling. The dissolved residues are removed with the subsequent diesel particulate filter rinse. The process is significantly cheaper than installing a new diesel particulate filter, protects the environment and increases customer satisfaction.

The diesel particulate filter flushing solution (1L) is to be used specifically for this purpose. Only suitable for workshop use. After skin contact wash away with soap and water and rinse. After eye contact flush with plenty of water (10-15 min.). After ingestion drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting-call a physician. Only suitable for cleaning of the DPF. Follow the instructions!
