The Effect

Contaminated and sticky hydraulic tappets can cause disturbing engine noises. ERC hydraulic tappet additive dampens the noise, cleans the valve bores and improves the lubricating properties of the engine oil. ERC Hydraulic Tappet Additive can be used with all engine oils for petrol and diesel engines. It is also suitable for catalytic converters and turbochargers. After adding to the engine oil, only the engine needs to be warmed up. Refill after every oil change.

Application

The additive can be added to the engine oil at any point in time. After doing so, warm up the engine. Refill after every oil change. One bottle (250 ml) is enough for 4 litres of engine oil.

The dosing raito is 1:16.
