DPF Protection CatClean
ERC DPF-Protection – CATCLEAN lowers the ignition temperature of the soot, such that even at low load and correspondingly lower temperatures a continuous soot burn-off can be ensured.
The Result
With ERC DPF Schutz CatClean a permanent catalytist-supported regeneration of the diesel particle filter is guaranteed during operation. With no maintenance costs, no finite service life and no problems, the filter remains free at all times by direct burn-off of the soot particles. ERC DPF Schutz CatClean does not change die diesel quality and is suitable for all filter materials.
Features
- DPF protection
- DPF cleaning
- Soot reduction and burn-off
The exhaust filter catches the soot particles, however, without the use of essential additives it would clog at partial load in a very short time. Without the use of an additive soot deposits in the diesel particle filter only burn at a tempera-ture of approx. 500-600°C – values that are seldom reached in normal operation. ERC DPF-Protection – CATCLEAN lowers the ignition temperature of the soot, such that even at low load and correspondingly lower temperatures a continuous soot burn-off can be ensured. Available in different container sizes from 250 ml to 1 litres!
250ml: Add the additive to the fuel before or after refuelling. Dosage 1:1000, which is 50 ml additive for 50 litres of diesel fuel. Pump the required amount of additive into the measuring chamber by pressing the bottle. Press the bottle cap on both sides and turn it to the left to open it. The additive should be used every third or fourth time the vehicle is refuelled.
1L: Add the additive to the fuel before or after refueling. In the case of additive-supported particle filters, it is added to the additive tank of the dosing system. Dosage 1:1000, i.e. 1 liter of additive for 1000 liters of diesel fuel. The additive should be used every third or fourth tank of fuel.
